1. Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by HAPPYS HOME CENTERS INC, located at 4912 S Lois Ave Tampa FL 33611.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any professional sports leagues. Any use of third-party trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of HAPPYS HOME CENTERS INC, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

4. Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on 9/24/2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 9/26/2026 (the "Promotion Period").

5. How to Enter:

• Automatic Entry: Entrants will receive one (1) entry automatically upon the execution of a new rental agreement with HAPPYS HOME CENTERS INC during the Promotion Period.

• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without signing a rental agreement, mail a 3x5 inch card with your hand-printed name, address, email address, and phone number to: HAPPYS HOME CENTERS INC, 4912 S Lois Ave, Tampa, FL 33611, Attn: Buccaneers Ticket Giveaway. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 9/26/2026 and received by 10/02/2026. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

6. Prize: Five (5) winners will receive two (2) tickets to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game scheduled for November 1, 2026. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize is $120. Total ARV of all prizes is $600.

• Prize Conditions: The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted, or resold. If the game is canceled or postponed, Sponsor is not responsible for replacing the prize. Seat locations will be determined solely by the Sponsor.

7. Winner Selection & Notification: The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winners will be officially notified on October 5th, 2026, via the phone number and/or email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond to the notification within 48 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random.

8. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

9. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use.

10. Release of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless HAPPYS HOME CENTERS INC and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including any travel-related incidents.

11. Right to Modify: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
